Our hair is our crowning glory, not only because it is at the top of the head but because it makes a lot of difference to a person's appearance. Hairstyle and hair condition reflects one's personality and style. Neat and well-groomed hair for example is seen in a person who is in control of life and who is organized and easy to work with. Thus, proper care of our hair is as important as caring for our skin.
What is Hair?
Hair is mainly composed of a protein called keratin (about 88%). It arises from the follicle, an indentation that pushes down into the deep layers of the skin. Attached to the hair follicle is the sebaceous gland which is the hair's well of natural oil. Too much or too little production of oil from this gland can cause symptoms of oiliness or dryness in the hair and scalp.

Our pricing is broken into levels of experience. The Braids and weaves Salon is dedicated to continuing education and offering the highest level of products and services.
Creative freedom is essential to our success as artists. With so much individual talent in our salon, we trust our artists to explore the depths of their own ingenuity once they’ve received the education they need to cultivate it.

ATTENTION!

Clients must have an appointment to be allowed in the salon.

Clients must have hair fully washed and dried within 24 hours or less of their appointment time.

Clients must wear a mask to and throughout their appointment as much as is reasonable. Due to supply issues, Braids and Weaves will not be providing masks.

Clients must remain outside of the salon until their appointment time is ready.

No one may enter the building unless and until they are having their service performed.

Family group appointments are allowed, however, this is subject to change.

Friend group appointments must attend their appointments separately.

Necessary medical and accessibility exceptions are allowed.

Clients must sanitize their hands upon entry.

Clients must fill out a questionnaire and waiver before attending their appointment.
